We soon notice that, without a sponsor organization, all steps are more difficult. When we call to embassies, when we post the posters, when we send emails, people keep asking “Where are you from?”. MST recently, the Centre of International Development at Hanoi University of Agriculture has joined the project as a guarantor and organizer. With this “big name”, the project now can go far on grant applications, NGOs contacting, and general communication. The Centre will also support in technical training programs as planned in the project.
